𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆 & 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀:

𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰: SAR 2,200 – 3,000

𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲: 1.5x hourly rate

𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵𝗹𝘆 𝗕𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘀: SAR 400 – 500

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

Oversee daily production operations

Lead and mentor operators and production staff

Monitor performance and enforce safety, quality, and company policies

Coordinate with QC, maintenance, and cross-functional teams

Drive efficiency and productivity improvements

Manage staff performance and discipline

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

𝟱+ 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 of supervisory experience in manufacturing

Strong leadership and communication skills

Proficiency in process optimization and workflow analysis

Knowledge of safety and quality standards
