🔹 Job Title: Planning Engineer
Required Qualifications:
Engineering degree or certification in Planning Engineering
Proven experience in the Oil & Gas sector
Strong communication skills
In-depth knowledge of planning techniques and principles
Proficient computer skills
Arabic language skills (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee planning tasks for daily and shutdown operations
Manage resource allocation and equipment requirements
Supervise maintenance programs and manpower requirements
Plan and schedule major equipment shutdowns and turnarounds
Assist in vendor selection and implementation of new technologies
Develop and enforce preventive maintenance programs
Ensure adherence to safety and environmental protocols
Lead turnaround activities and manage contractors
Evaluate new equipment and prepare detailed technical reports
Ensure the availability of critical spare parts
