⚙️ Position Details

Job Title: Maintenance Planner

Location: Qatar
Industry: Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petrochemical
Experience Required: Minimum 4 years in maintenance planning within a refinery or petrochemical plant
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification
Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written)

🔩 Main Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance plans to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Create detailed job plans, work orders, and schedules using a CMMS (preferably SAP).
Monitor work progress and update records to maintain accurate maintenance data.
Review equipment history and support maintenance strategy improvements.
Ensure safe and efficient execution of all maintenance tasks.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in planning, reliability, and documentation.
Ensure all maintenance work complies with HSE and operational standards.

🧠 Skills & Technical Knowledge

Strong understanding of static equipment (pressure vessels, exchangers, tanks, columns, valves, furnaces).
Familiar with rotating equipment and general plant maintenance practices.
Proficient in SAP or other CMMS tools.
Sound knowledge of safety systems and permit-to-work procedures in industrial environments.
