Experience Required: 5–10 years in HSE roles
Preferred Certifications: NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
- Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and regular inspections.
- Develop and implement safety training programs and awareness campaigns.
- Investigate incidents, analyze root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor environmental impact and support sustainability initiatives.
- Lead emergency response drills and ensure preparedness for workplace safety.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment processes, and safety procedures.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities to foster a safety-driven culture.
- Ability to perform in high-risk environments with exceptional attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.
