Position: Repair & Maintenance Technician – HVAC Systems (Chillers, AHUs, FAHUs, FCUs, Ventilation Systems)

Location: Qatar

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular preventive maintenance on HVAC components, including Chillers, AHUs, FAHUs, FCUs, and Ventilation systems.
• Clean and maintain air conditioning system components, including blowers, coils, grills, and filters.
• Inspect belt tensions and motor conditions.
• Test HVAC systems for functionality and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance.
• Perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Respond promptly to client service calls and address issues within agreed-upon timeframes.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues within HVAC systems.
• Generate and submit monthly client reports.
• Conduct testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) of HVAC systems, using specialized instruments to meet performance standards (NEBB).
• Ensure HVAC systems comply with specifications, design requirements, and operational standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system malfunctions and inefficiencies.
• Ensure proper installation and configuration of HVAC systems according to design specifications.
• Interpret system drawings and performance data to ensure correct component arrangement and system setup.
• Prepare take-off lists and detailed site reports.
• Respond to inquiries from project teams and consultants regarding HVAC-related queries.
• Maintain accurate documentation of daily tasks, including work orders and reports detailing all testing and balancing activities.
• Perform tests on airflow volume, static pressure, velocity, uniformity, and leakage as part of system assessments.
