The role involves development, customization, and delivery of HSE training programs aligned with international industrial safety standards.
Key Training Areas
• Site Safety Induction
• Shutdown and Turnaround Safety
• Safety Officer Development
• Permit to Work (PTW) Systems
• Lifting Operations: Rigging, Cranes, Critical Lifts
• Confined Space Standby
• Fire Watch Responsibilities
• Defensive Driving
• Dangerous Goods Handling and Transportation
Candidate Profile
• Engineering qualification from a recognized institution
• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent international HSE certification
• Certified Trainer credential
• Minimum 5 years dedicated experience in safety training
• Industrial or HSE consultancy background
• Proven exposure to Fertilizer, Oil & Gas, Chemical, or Petrochemical sectors
• Strong professional English communication
