Position 1: Tendering / Bidding Specialist
Salary: 6K SAR to 10K SAR
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Civil, or related fields), Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in tender preparation for construction projects, with familiarity in client portals such as SAP Ariba and Etimad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and assess tender qualification documents to ensure they meet client specifications.
- Manage communication with bidders, clarifying requirements and answering any inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of pre-qualified bidders for a smooth bidding process.
Position 2: Construction Salesperson (Fit-Out and Decoration)
Salary: 7K SAR
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a successful salesperson in the construction industry, particularly in fit-out and decoration projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction, fit-out, and decoration products, services, and market trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction, fit-out, and decoration sectors.
- Consult with clients to understand their construction needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Analyze market trends and competitive products, maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
